Live Union, a leading live events and experience agency, needed a fully editable credentials deck as a standard template for client pitches. Develop a custom presentation reflecting their brand identity, adaptable by the team for different pitches and audiences.

Engaged as a solo freelance designer, working directly with Live Union's Creative Director throughout. Drew from their brand guidelines and existing pitch content to develop the look and feel, presenting concepts and refining the design through ongoing feedback and review.

THE RESULT

The template was adopted as Live Union's standard credentials deck. The Creative Director provided positive feedback on the interpretation of their brand, and the team had a polished, fully editable foundation ready to take into every new pitch.

The starting point was a thorough review of Live Union's brand guidelines and existing pitch content. Understanding the types of layouts they needed most frequently informed the structure of the template, ensuring every section was purposeful and straightforward to edit. The goal was a deck that felt distinctly Live Union whilst giving the team the flexibility to make it their own for each new pitch.

CHALLENGE

Without a complete set of final content to work with, the design required considered assumptions about layout and hierarchy. Building in the right level of flexibility so that non-designers could update the template confidently, without compromising the overall look and feel, was the central creative problem to solve.
