Intranet Build

Creating a destination for internal communication resources.

PROJECT SCOPE

BRANDING, UI & UX RESEARCH, WEBSITE BUILD

In the ever-evolving landscape of hybrid workplaces, effective communication and collaboration stand as keystones for organisational success. Acknowledging the need for intranet, I was brief to build aSharePoint intranet that not only fulfilled functional requirements but also embodied the distinctive identity and ethos of our organisation. This all-encompassing project involved the development of a coherent branding strategy, the establishment of user interface (UI) guidelines, and the design and build of the intranet website itself. Rooted in thorough UX research, this initiative aimed to enhance not only the visual allure of our digital workspace but also to optimise user interactions, ultimately nurturing a more interconnected and efficient access point to internal communications and documentation.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS

Creating robust user interface (UI) guidelines played a pivotal role in our project, attention to crafting an interface that prioritised intuitive navigation, accessibility, and responsiveness. The construction of the intranet website was guided by thoughtful design choices, deeply rooted in comprehensive UX research.
